"0/5 stars… I had to select 1 in order to rate this experience. They have 0 communication, I can never reach anybody regarding my current claim… it’s a ghost town of robots & messages. I would suggest considering other insurance companies, I will be switching as well once this nightmare is over. This office owes me several phone calls and still have yet to cover the costs of my total loss, so I now have 2 car payments, one of which is for a vehicle that is non-existent, due to it being a total loss."

"This is an absolutely horrible experience! You pay insurance every month on TIME. When you have a claim nobody calls you back at ALL. After several times reaching out nobody will return calls. State Farms claims will NEVER call you back after several voicemails. DO NOT get insurance with STATE FARM! They are great to take your money but won't pay your claim!"
